My formal training was working alongside, Alta Tingle, my mentor and friend for over 10 years at The Gardener. We sourced home and garden furnishings from around the world. Her unique vision of blending indoors with the outdoors has become part of my being. In her words, “our aesthetic encompasses inside and outside and everything in between.” 

Cot in Old English means cottage or a dwelling for a simple life. I’m passionate about creating homes and gardens that are guided by a sense of simplicity, inspired by nature and a love for lasting family gatherings and traditions.
